Designers needed, web design, graphic design, etc for new boutique

I am a boutique owner who is looking to go onto the web. I am looking for a designer and graphic Artist. I need people who are young, funky, with fresh ideas and super graphics. We are not talking a multi million business here, just a fashion label however your pay will depend on quality of work and experiance. Newbies to this industry are more than welcome to bid for this project. Even if its your first time designing professionally. The way the bidder will be chosen : I will ask for samples of your work, and a logo designed for me with what you think my store and products are about. Seems over board? THIs is a good project working for good people, not a huge cooperation. We want people we know we can trust with the artistic web sides of our business.
