AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT ASCII-OUTPUT TO NEW ASCII-INPUT (DECISION TREES)

I need an automatic way to convert the ascii-output that I get from one program, to ascii-input for another program.
The ascii-input consists of "decision trees", embedded in a larger ascii-file. The trees I get look like this:
Decision tree:
verhard > 1: 1 (109/66)
verhard 1
replace tree1 = 0 if verhard<=1 & LichtRood==0
replace tree1 = 0 if verhard<=1 & LichtRood==1 & geslacht==1
replace tree1 = 1 if verhard<=1 & LichtRood==1 & geslacht==2
Note the "gen tree1 = ." in the first row (I need that). Also note the "==0" instead of "=0". The double equal signs are necessary.
In fact, I have files that have some more text in it that I do not need. You have to be able to pick the trees from the ascii-file and generate a new ascii-file with only trees in the format as mentioned above. The trees should be numbered from 1 upwards. At the end of the output file, I then need:
alpha tree1 - tree[X], gen(MyTree)
with [X] the number of the last tree in the file (in the below example it would be 3).
**Requirements**
The app must be able to run under OSX, or under Crossover in OSX. You can choose what you deliver:
? an app that gets a file as input and delivers a file as output
? a plugin to an existing OSX ascii-editor that will do the trick, for instance a plugin to TextMate
? perhaps even something browser-based that I can install on my own server (or you for me)
? ? or some other bright idea, in fact writing the output to the clipboard would work for me as well
Either of these is fine, but let me know what you intend to deliver when you bid!
