Job Description

As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for continuously building business relationships with new and existing clients. True Payment Solutions (TPS) is looking for experienced, competitive, and self-motivated Outside Sales Executive to join our growing team of professionals. The Sales Executive position is set up for individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. If you are looking to further your sales career, the Sales Executive opportunity will allow you to learn how to sell in the merchant services industry, the TPS way . With our extensive 5 day remote training classes, remote personal Sales Director, as well as Corporate Customer Service & Technical Support Departments, we have designed the perfect ecosystem for your success!

Job Requirements

TPS is looking for that experienced go-to Outside Sales Executive to provide their

expertise in the sales field. We require candidates to have at least 1-2 years of

experience developing new clients into long lasting customers in an Outside Sales

Executive role in order to be considered for this opportunity. In addition, this

candidate must have significant cold calling experience as well as strong negotiating skills.

Other requirements for the Outside Sales Executive include:

-Proven sales experience with the development of new clients into long lasting


-Ability to establish professional relationships with small & medium business owners via on-site consultation

-Excellent communication skills

-Action and Process oriented

-Ability to build strong relationships

-Ability to drive to results with a strong competitive drive to be the best

-Ability to set and manage priorities

-Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities

and referrals

-Cold call experience and negotiating skills


College degree preferred; 2+ years of B2B Outside Sales experience considered in place of degree

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Basic fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques

Bilingual skills a plus
