We require a database of 10,000 Holistic Practitioners and/or Holistic associations in North America. We need a fair spread of people located somewhat evenly across each State in the US and each Province in Canada. The should also be evenly spread amongst the following sub-divisions of the Holistic field:

- Naturopathic Physicians,

- Naet Practitioners

- Massage Therapists

- Reiki Practitioners

- Therapeutic Touch Practitioners

- Nutritionists

- Osteopaths

- Practitioners of Cranial Sacral Therapy

- Practitioners of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

- Practitioners of Heart Math

- Practitioners of Matrix Energetics

- Qigong Practitioners,

- Yoga Instructors,

- Other Energy Healers

- Psychic Healers and Clairvoyants

- Applied Kinesiologists

- Doctors of Homeopathy,

- Doctors of Chiropractic

- Acupuncturist

- Doctors of Chinese Medicine

The data collected for each practitioner should include:

- Name

- Field of Work

- Address

- Phone Number

- Email

- Website

- US/Can

The assemblage of the information should be presented in a clear and concise format, which will be left to your discretion, however we must be able to clearly comprehend it.
