Design and Build - websites for ebooks

We are looking for someone to design and build two sites for two different eBooks. Each will have the following functionality to start: -landing page -customer data capture -secure online purchasing (shopping cart and paypal) -user area (simple profile creation) -online community functionality -newsletters signup and distribution -capacity to earn additional income from referral clicks and affiliate links -RSS feed and other social networking links/capabilities Programmer must be SEO savvy as our goal is to drive high, consistent, organic traffic to both sites including keyword and Meta Tags. We will write and provide all copy for each site. Ideally we, would like to be able to make changes to the copy ourselves when needed but happy to keep programmer involved for upkeep and maintenance. Site 1: is a relationship site with free info, newsletter/community with individual profiles ** this is NOT a matchmaking site. The purpose of the website is to have people buy the eBook that is for sale on the site. - branding and logo is already in place for this site Site 2: is a site for those looking to hire an au pair and for au pairs themselves Again the purpose of this site is to have visits buy the eBook for sale, access free info, sign up to newsletter and post profiles if the are a family looking for an au pair or an au pair looking to find a family. We envisage a market place for profile posting on the home page. -there is no branding or logo for this site yet and we welcome your input and creativity. We will require samples of your work including testimonials from other clients. We will own all copyrights to all work including design, content, coding and features. Most importantly, we are open to your input, expertise and creativity. Speak up! We are looking for relatively simple sites and if we missed the mark, let us know.
