Complete SEO solution needed

I have a couple web sites that need complete SEO work. One site is a customized creloaded site and the other site is a custom php site. ***You can bid on one or both of the sites. Please let me know your price for one site and also your price for both sites.*** The creloaded site has had some SEO work done internally and a little external work...but not too much. The custom php site has not had any SEO work done externally.
