Consultant SAP SD

Responsibilities : Should be able to handle Implementation/Rollout projects and would be responsible for delivery of the end to end solution. Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Analyzing and resolving High/Medium priority tickets in SAP for Production Support issues. He /She would be responsible to Configure the SAP system, prepare the Component testing and Configuration Rationale documents. He / She would responsible to create/update Sub-Process and Functional Design Documents and should work with Technical team to deliver the objects. He / She would be responsible for mentoring subordinates to understand customer Processes and SAP design for the respective module. He / She would responsible to submit weekly status reports to his manager SAP functional knowledge (SD Module) in ECC 6.0, 4.7 and/or MySAP 2004 environment. Responsibilities include Production Support as well as new development as per the project one working time. May need to work in weekend based on Management decision. Follow Project One methodologies and quality standards Problem resolution (troubleshooting, searching OSS) and escalation. Work towards and meet deliverable completion dates set by team leads Recognize and report key issues to team lead in a timely manner Track and report status to team lead on weekly basis Track and report project time according to project policies Manage own time and work effort effectively Manage to work in offshore model.
