Catarse installation steps

I want installation steps for [login to view URL] I have myself installed it but there is an important step where rails, postgrest and postgresql needs to talk to each other. That's where I could not get it running. I welcome if you have installed it in the past and are confident to share the steps either with docker or otherwise. I am happy to award the project.
