I completed a 5-year Bsc. Manufacturing Engineering & Technology course at Egerton University (Kenya) and graduated with a 2nd Class Honors (Upper Division) on 5th of December 2008. In addition to my academic classes I was an active member of Egerton university’s’ Engineering Students Association; this called for extra time discussing and designing solutions for engineering issues affecting the globe.
My background in Manufacturing, Mechanical Design, Electronics & computing, and related fields coupled with my work experience as the Maintenance Officer (Kisii University Kenya), Mathematics and Physics Teacher St Patrick’s Boys High school Naitiri, and in Lutacho Secondary School, and extensive internship experiences prove to be an effective match for your qualification. I have worked as an intern in the Mechanical and electrical departments while at English Press; I have also been in the Electronics, communication and Computing departments while at Kenserve Integrated Systems. Other Computer Aided Engineering skills acquired include ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, CNC programming(For Numerical Production Machines), Programmable Logic Controllers(PLCs) using Ladder Logics; I also have advanced skills in SPSS, C++, FORTRAN and Assembly Language, just to mention a few. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to hear from you soon.
