Article Writers Needed, Building a Team. NO TEAMS

I'm looking to hire 2-3 writers to work on my team. Payment is as follows: $1 per 500 words. If the work is good then I will give a raise in a few weeks, and continue with raises as long as the work stays good. You will be writing 1 main article with 2 re-writes of each paragraph. a Total of 3 articles per task at around (1500) Some articles will just be one article at $1 per 500 words. Certain articles will be $1 per 300 words or $1 per 400 words. It all depends on which article type you're writing. Please DO NOT bid UNLESS you can send me a PM with an example of your previous work. I just need a short two paragraph or so article to show me your writing style and grammar. You can use a previous article, it will not be published or used. I'm look for good writers with a GREAT grasp of the English language. I will not even waste my time conversing with individuals who cannot form proper sentences within their bid. So PLEASE construct a proper introduction to your bid, with some information on your experience. For the right 2-3 people I will have a good deal of work for you. Also, DO NOT APPLY if you CANNOT meet STRICT deadlines. 6-7 articles should not take more than 12 hours. If you have a lot of other clients that you need to devote your time to, then please don't apply. I pay on time, so I expect work to be on time.
