I'm looking for an Interior Designer who will be able to provide multiple ideas for a gut renovation of an open layout space. The design has to be Modern/Contemporary. The space is already laid out and fully gutted, so only interior decorations will be required. We are looking for clean and elegant design. Please see attached PDF. Only the lightly shaded area will need to be done for now. We can leave the Kitchen out for now. The space includes: 1)Formal Dining 2)Formal Living with a Wood Burning Fireplace 3) There is also a family room (this is secondary) Designer Should Present Ideas for: 1) Flooring - Client has some ideas and choices to offer. 2) Walls - tbd 3) Window Treatment - tbd 4) Lighting - will discuss 5) Color Palettes - will discuss 6) Furniture Plan - tbd Once creative ideas are presented and discussed with the client, high quality renderings with all the dimension should be completed. Some dimensions will be needed for the contractor to complete the project. We expect a quick turnaround and a fixed price bid. I know about how many working hours this will take, so lets be reasonable with bids. Additional Space images will be provided.
