It is odd to install a 50 gallon water heater at the end of the Hall as shown – please verify that the intent was not to install a 10 gallon water heater above the ceiling? 5.) Need hair trap clean outs on the sanitary riser diagram. 6.) Current codes and year of Georgia Amendments are not referenced. 7.) State that the max. Occupant load is 14. 8.) Required exhaust per IMC Table 403.3 is not shown. 9.) Required ventilation per IMC Table 403.3 use incorrect values to determine required outdoor air. 10.) Some notes to Contractor are incorrect and do not apply to the project.
