Summary:
This enclosure is for a DIN rail mounted controller with Ethernet, USB, micro SD, terminal blocks, and an LCD interface. I have already designed the board and need a suitable enclosure to put it inside. The enclosure should be as low profile and compact as possible with an easy to manufacture and low cost design. Please read the manual for the LCD screen and antenna to see how they can fit and be attached. There is an example enclosure attached to the project for an idea. Must work within the constraints below.
Enclosure Requirements
• Din Rail Mountable
• Cut outs for
o RJ45 jack
o USB A female vertical jack
o Micro SD card jack
o 90 degree terminal blocks
o 2x5 male header for debugging
• Opening for speaker sound
• Opening and mounting for 2.8in LCD
o Must have a way to lock the LCD and let 40pin ribbon into the enclosure connector
• Mounting for 72x100mm PCB
o Mounting holes at each corner 2mm diameter and 2.5mm from edge of board to hole center
• Flat space on side of enclosure for a flat antenna.

• Enclosure recommended height from PCB board: 13.5mm
• Should include cut outs around enclosure for heat radiation
File Requirements:
• Can be opened in Autodesk Inventor
This will require the creation of multiple 3D components:
-The enclosure (bottom, top, and other accessories)
-The LCD screen from the attached datasheets
-The antenna from the attached data sheets
And a file with everything arranged as intended
