I have a 6165m2 site that needs to be developed into a beautiful 5 storey mixed use building. I am looking for someone to create a proposal for the interior & exterior of the building and produce a set of DWG and PDF drawings representing the design and then a 3D render of the building, inside & out. See the attached PDF document and read it through before bidding on this project. This project is to be completed in 2 stages: Step 1: Preliminary sketches, design ideas and mark-up provided. If approved then proceed to step 2. Step 2: Create DWG and PDF files to be provided once complete. Also a 3D render to be supplied for the finalised design. I've attached a PDF outlining the site and interested parties. Further details will be provided to the winning applicant. If you are only interested in part of this work, please feel free to contact me to discuss which part you are interested in. I will require proof that you can complete this task before awarding you the project so please send previous work in similar areas to help your application. Dear Sir I have the time, the knowhow and the tools to do the job in 2D and in 3D. For 2D i use autocad and for 3D and rendering i use sketchup pro.
