Animator needed for animated flash banners

We are looking for an experienced animator capable of making realistisc video effects like splintering glass and water splashes. The animator is needed for a current project and should be able to make basic flash banners (transitions, transformations, fadeing, scaling) with added photo-realistic effect animations (water and glass). We need two different 15 seconds flash banners in 300 x 250 resolution. All graphic elements, layered PSD-files and detailed storyboards will be delivered to the animator. No animation are delivered - the animator are to make the animation using the still images as reference.
