Creating an add-on for Blender software

Hello,
My client is looking for a computer programmer familiar with the blender software (python code) to create a surgical add-on.
That would of simplifying by macro many modeling steps which the successive steps are all explained and written.
In a simplified way, it is compressed into a few click a succession of tedious steps in order to improve the usability of the software in use in maxillofacial surgery.
Here's a video to help you understand the project to achieve full empowerment in a few clicks (essentially placing them instead of bone sections of the jaw and the leg bone). The idea is to get a cutting guide Emble knowing that all steps are detailed in a guide.
Estimation of delivery is 18 days maximum, budget should not exceed the CAD$1000 please.
