We need someone to consult us for creating a Design Package for building a house in Kazakhstan. We have a concept desing which we want to improve and bring it to local standards. We would like to start with the concept design. Our consultant shall assist us to assign the concept the design to an architect. We would like the architect to work with REVIT Autocad so the further steps are all in harmony. After the architectural design, interior, civil, mechanical, electrical and other elements shall be incorporated also with REVIT. Our consultant shall know all elements of design and construction and shall have previous design and project management experience. Consultant shall be able to write descriptions for job packs for each phase. Also consultant will evaluate the submitted drawings. Consultant will be an intermediary between us (client) and other design contractors which we will probably find through Freelancer too with the help of our consultant.
