Promote and administer 120 person 2 day business conference. Cinference now running for fourth year. Tasks include managing speakers, sponsors and registrations, email promotion, responding to inquiries. Working with the Conference Leader, Web Site Technical support, and a Conference Committee you will be the day to day administration managing emails and staying on top of communications to 600 person target list. Speaker selection, agenda and web site will NOT be your responsibility. Event management experience and familiarity with an email manager like Mailchimp would be an advantage. All work in advance of the conference will be able to be done online and at hours of convenience to you. Your physical attendance at the conference will be required in Darling Harbour Sydney Nov 29 to Dec 1. All travel expenses met. Would offer a performance bonus based on registrations.
