Complicated Financial iPhones/iPad application

I need an iPhone/iPad application created. The project will be split into? 2 parts. 1) Assistance with forming a requirements list and the completetion of a Non-functioning mockup of the application, including all graphical elements completed. 2) Completion of the project as? defined in step 1. I need an exact bid for part 1 and I need a rough estimate? for part 2 of this project. ## Deliverables The iPhone/iPad application will be a financial application. Think iPhone stocks or stocktrac pro. The most difficult part will be having the user be able to modify the graph by "click and drag" with their finger. And there is a server in the backend that the coder will have to send results too, and receive results from. The information regarding the application is attached. It is NOT 100% clear yet, and that is why I am splitting this project into 2 parts. I do not expect help for free :) I just need an exact bid for "someone to help me finalise the prototype and requirements list."
