Classifieds Website required

I am wanting to have? a classifieds website designed from scratch.? The purpose of the site is to have members list their items for sale - all with a particular focus.? ? Users would need to join as members, and can choose from a variety of categories in which to post their items.? Buyers then contact the seller with questions and requests to purchase (either by email or via mobile (if the seller chooses to include number - hidden unless clicked on for privacy).? There is a search interface so users can search for key words based on the description content of current listings. Initially, the site would be? free to list so I would like the option for users to 'upgrade' their listing with small charges to make their listing 'premium', highlighted, buy a photo pack (which would allow them to have an additional 4 photos) or other ideas you may have? so that i can make some income from the site.? I would also sell advertising to monetise the site. I would like to have users 'upgrade membership' to a paid membership for a set fee per year and receive additional? functionality such as? having an 'add to my favourites' option, and perhaps appear at top of search results over unpaid members. I currently have over 3600 fans on my facebook page? and these fans are? are actively listing their items for sale on my site.? There are about 800-1000 listings per week at present.? Facebook has its limitations so we are unable to categorise, easily track our listings or make an income so I am wanting to switch them over to a fully functional site where they can list their items with ease, place them into preset categories, upgrade their listings etc.? Scrolliing through the site is also very tedious. A forum would be a bonus where users can chat as well.? This is an optional extra function that can be discussed or launched down the track. I have a fairly good grasp of computers with html programming experienc and would like to self manage the site once it's up and running? This is my test case site and if successful, I would then launch an identical site in another 8 markets so this definitely means future work if successful.
