App Creation

We would like an app created for the website [[login to view URL]][1] This would be available for iPhones and Android phones so 2 different platforms in total. We would want both of the apps to be created under our username and we already have an Apple Developer account for the App to be built under. We have created mock up images of what we want the app to look like on a phone as well as our full specification all in a PDF file attached. For all of the different tabs, Home, Photos, Videos & News, we already have RSS feeds built and would want all of them to be updated through this format. When you click on a post we would want it to open up separately and show that post in its entirety, whether it's a text, photo or video post. Also, each post should have a 'sharing' option to 'Share on Facebook,' 'Like on Facebook,' 'Retweet on Twitter,' 'Reply on Twitter' and also a comment function to be included in the App Additionally we would want it to have advertising space which we will look to develop in the future as we wish to keep it ad-free at the moment. Any suggestions on the ad server to use would be welcome. We would like the amount of people viewing each story to be counted and measured so we know how many people are using the app.
