Android Application: Location-Based Notification Using Public Reports

I am looking for developer to create an Android applicationthat will provide users with the information from public reports based on GPS. (More specific ? information will be provided later). The application must be able to automatically inform the user of very specific information of the business that the user is located in at that moment.? The application needs to be able to perform all of thefollowing functions in addition to anything else that is required to ensurethat the application properly works.:? ? ? ? ? Automaticallycrawls, searches and aggregate a number of local and national public websites for certain information that includes the name, local address, phone number and other information.? Utilizes GPS of the user’s phone to accesswhere the user is, which will need to compare it to the locations of the businesses that are listed.? ?
