Data entry- Adding attributes to 400 products in Zen Cart

I need someone to add attributes to 378 products on my site. Currently, the products offer the customer the option of purchasing 30 or 60 capsules. For each product, I need to add attributes for 90 capsules, 360 capsules, 600 capsules as well as 1/4lb, 1/2lb, and 1lb amounts. I have a price list that will be used for each product to calculate the retail price for each attribute. For example, the product "Absinthe" has 30 capsules as the default attribute and costs $6.99. The next attribute is for 60 capsules and has a retail price of $11.99 in the price list. Thus, for the 60 capsule attribute setting, you would need to make it #2 in order, and add $5 to it. For 90 capsules, the retail price on the price list is $16, so it would be #3 in order, and you would add $9.01 to that attribute. And so on. I would like the product attributes listed in the following order: 30 capsules 60 capsules 90 capsules 360 capsules 600 capsules 1/4lb Bulk Powder 1/2lb Bulk Powder 1 lb Bulk Powder A backup of the site should be performed before any work begins in case we run into problems.
