I would like to have the simulation results for the following: A Rectenna based on a micro-strip dipole antenna and a microwave rectifier with high conversion efficiency were designed at 2.45 GHz. Rectenna is a rectified antenna means they are used for harvesting of microwave power, or convert Alternating Current (AC) power to Direct Current (DC) power. . The Rectenna consisting of RF-DC conversion circuits and receiving antennas needs to be designed for high conversion efficiency to realize efficient power transmission. In this paper, the main area of investigation is to design Rectenna circuit by using low pass filter, diode, with patch antenna with the desired frequency lying in that range can be added to get the complete Rectenna circuitry *SOFTWARE AVAILABLE- ADS(advanced design system-agilent), IE3D

I am a PhD student doing my research in microwave and rf engineering. I have done research work on energy harvesting from Wi-Fi signals in my MS. I have extensive experience on range of rf softwares including HFSS, ADS, SERENADE, and COMSOL I have also microwave prototyping and testing facilities (LPKF PCB machine, Antenna anechoic chamber etc.) in my university in case you need in future.

I find very interesting your project and, for that reason, I am interested in making a development proposal which I will describe below; The development of the rectenna includes the following tasks: - Analysis and agreement requirements : Are evaluated and agreed the requirements for development. - Preliminary design: Preliminary design calculations are performed and the main components are selected. I believe that the main components are the diode and RF substrate. - Detail design: Calculations and simulations of the antenna and its diode impedance matching network for maximum conversion efficiency are made. The circuit schematic, parts list and manufacturing information ( gerber ) is generated.
