I need to have a device designed or sourced that is an adapter plugged into the HDMI port of any television which accepts a coaxial cable enabling the capability to watch programs from any service provider (dish network, DirecTv, etc.) with a feature that enables a override function that can be toggled remotely online between 2 different devices. Here is a scenario for clarification: A viewer is watching a sports event on television at home and his co-workers at the office in which he works are in need of his attention. His co-workers can log on and trigger this device to interrupt his sports event on his television and toggle to a secondary device that has important media pertaining to his work stored on it which will be displayed on the screen of his television. This interruption can then be returned back to the original sports program when complete.
