PDF Report Needs Facelift ASAP!!

I need to have this downloaded report revised (ASAP....3 days if possible)
1) Add more substance
2) Make more visually pleasing
3) Presentable in hard format to be given out at mini seminar
This report presently is in an outline format, all you need to do is add more filler content (no need to introduce anything major as all aspects of Distressed Property Ownership is covered...however we are open to suggestions). Real estate knowledge would be a plus, but not necessary.
In essence, this is basically a re-write of what we have with a few a little more content and organized and presented in a more appealing format (ie...better graphics, bullet points, etc).
As it stands it's 19 pages....we would like the report to be around 30-35.
Attached you will find the PDF we need to update, along with the graphics/picture we would like to be used. I also have the report in Word format if that makes it easier to edit.
If you private message PLEASE send me recent sample of your work. I'm finding samples from my previous posting of this project not even, imo, better than what I already have. Thank you and good luck!
