Create Graphics/HTML/CSS for home page

I would like to make a similar layout to: [login to view URL] except instead for the homepage of [login to view URL] ## Deliverables Using the [login to view URL] site for inspiration to redesign the homepage of [login to view URL] I need a simple logo done in the same fashion, and it would be nice if my existing drop down menu looked a tad better. The meat of the project is the actual repeating graphics that tile that page. I want a sky tile that repeats horizontally, along with the hills tile. I will also have a blurb similar to the box they have, but instead of a login box I will have 3 different boxes that take in a "MeetID", searching in a location "Location" and another for "Activity". I can elaborate further and make up some sketches if that is too confusing. In the hills tile I actually would like some type of illustration that shows people playing soccer (football), tennis, or even baseball. I made some stick figure drawings that would be fine, but they would have to integrate into the hills tile, or in some other fashion on the page. The last graphic is the header bottom border graphic which is also repeating and then is flipped for the footer of the page. If you'd like to be a contender for this bid, please add the text "Mnp Rox" to the bottom of your bid. I want to actually make sure you can read and we can communicate effectively. This project requires a bit more than the just standard website template crap, so if you don't have the artistic skills necessary don't bother. If you can show a site that has similar graphics then by all means share. Thanks for your time!
