I need a professional who can prepare a corrected set of seven black-and-white drawings for a US patent application in the chemical field as pdf A4 size pages from the attached seven TIFF images in accordance with US Patent & Trademark Office ("USPTO") requirements.

The seven pdf pages should correspond one-to-one with the seven TIFF images, except that all the errors pointed out in the attached official communication from the USPTO should be corrected. Errors to be corrected include improving overall line quality (consistent line thickness and continuity), improving the legibility of text information on the drawings, increasing the font size of text having a height less than 0.32 cm to 0.32 cm when the drawings are in final form as described in the next paragraph, and cleaning up the drawings to get rid of extraneous pixels.

Each drawing (i.e., each TIFF image) in final form should be sized to fit one A4 sheet in pdf format leaving a top margin of at least 2.5 cm, a left side margin of at least 2.5 cm, a right side margin of at least 1.5 cm and a bottom margin of at least 1.0 cm as specified in 37 CFR §1.84(g) of the USPTO patent rules, which is included as an attachment. Each pdf sheet should include the legend "REPLACEMENT SHEET" in 20+/-5 point font in the top margin.

I am looking for a good quality work product for $15 to $25 per drawing. To allow sufficient time to review the result, the completion date for this project is March 10, 2011.

Some bidders responded that I should provide a copy of the drawings, which suggests that they are not getting access to my uploads. I now uploaded the drawings as a pdf together with the other documents mentioned in my project description. Let me know if you still are not getting access.
The winning bidder will receive the TIFF drawing files I previously uploaded via another service.
