Comic style illustration of drawing for a web based game

I am looking for someone who can take a drawing and create a comic-style color illustration in Photoshop/Illustrator or whichever software you may use. The artwork is being used in a web based game. We are looking for a mature style design with color and shading. We are NOT looking for cartoon style images such as that of farmville or angry birds style design. At the moment we have two drawings that we would like to have done, and there will be more work after we find the right person. The illustrator must be able to show that they are capable of the illustration side as well as the technical/software side. Please submit atleast 3 prior works for review to be considered. Thanks
