BRIEF GAME DESCRIPTION:
The player is manipulating tiles to connect a small factory in the center of the screen to several boxes.? Once they have successfully completed the task, the player is rewarded with toys.? These toys are then placed into a playroom.? Since the player will only be getting 1 to 5 toys at a time, the scene will slowly be filled in over time.
**BREIF DESCRIPTION OF ART ASSETS NEEDED FROM YOU, THE CODER:**
You will be creating some art for the graphical user interfaces.? The bulk of the work, though, will be a large graphic representing a playroom and individual graphics that will then be placed into the playroom.? Each toy should be able to be added at a specific position in the room and still have the right scale, shading, and perspective necessary to the overall scene.? *Please feel free to contact me with any information you need to better make a bid.*
NOTE:? All images will be submitted to me in PNG format.? Sizes will be specified in each description.
Please see the attachment for a detailed list of the graphics needed and some rough examples of the GUIs.
## Deliverables
Please look at the attached ZIP file.? It details the interface and gives some examples.? It also lists in detail the 75 graphics.? If you need examples of what I mean, please don't hesitate to ask.
Also, it would help if you had a portfolio I could examine.? If you don't have any examples of previous work, please submit a low-quality, watermarked example of one of the toys listed in the ZIP file.
**SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE PLAYROOM SCENE:
**What I'm looking for is a background graphic that depicts a child's playroom.? There would be shelves on the wall, a table, a television, and lots of open space on the floor.? Then, when the player of my game finishes a level, he gets (say, in this example) 3 toys: Teddy Bear 1, Wooden Train Engine, and Play-Doh.? I then go to back to the playroom scene.? The "camera" zooms in on a shelf and a teddy bear fades in.? The "camera" then moves to the floor, where the engine fades in.? Finally, the "camera" will move to the table where cans of Play-Doh fade in.
Of course, I'm doing all of the fading in and camera movement, but the objects that you drawn would fit naturally into the scene (as long as I put them where you told me to).
Then the player plays another level.? This time he gets 2 toys: an upgrade to Teddy Bear 1 and a Mobile.? This time I'll zoom in to the Teddy Bear and fade from the plain teddy bear image to the one of the Teddy Bear wearing a white shirt.? Then I'll move to the ceiling (or top of the screen) and fade in the small mobile.
Another way to look at it:? You've got the playroom drawn.? Then you draw the teddy bear into the scene as though it was part of the playroom, but you draw it all on a separate layer in Photoshop (or similar tool).? This separate layer would be submitted as the first image of Teddy Bear 1.
I hope this makes more sense.? Thanks for your interest in my project!
