Congratulations service (video-messages from around the world) - $6 each task ASAP by tonight

I need the task done ASAP, max by tonight!! I need guys and girls form as many cities of the world as it is possible! I'm running a congratulations service [login to view URL] and need guys that are willing to take videos and photographs of themselves passing required messages on a piece of paper and pronounced into the video-camera on the famous background of their cities. You can find examples of the work required in attached file. All you need is a camera (the quality doesn't matter - you can even use smartphone camera so long as the image is clear), email, couple crayons and access to the known spots of your city.
