Auction Website Redesign of 2 pages

This is a very important project which needs completing ASAP. I have a small budget which i cannot exceed so please bid competitively. This project needs to be completed within a very short period of time (ideally 1 day, starting today and completed by 5pm GMT tomorrow at the latest). I will be choosing the winner today so the tasks will then need to be started today and completed ASAP, please only big if you can do this. 100% payment will be made when the project is completed, please do no ask for 50% upfront etc as i still have a dispute which another provider who has tried to scam me. I require a designer/coder to redesign 2 pages of a auction website for me. The website uses similar software to this: ([login to view URL]). The first page is the "sell an item" page in which i require mainly layout changes but the backend may need changing aswell, this is written in PERL, also I wish you to change the way in which the categories are selected (Going through a three step method selecting category and then the sub categories) instead of the drop down menu it currently has and the other main change is to install a text editor allowing the user to design the layout of their listing (such as the fckeditor similar to what ebay has). Basically im wishing the layout to look like the ebay add a listing page, so please bear this in mind, I have a basic mock up of how i want it to look which i will provide for you. The second page is the Account page (like the my ebay page) which needs some simple layout changes and also adding of links to the top of the page to navigate around their account. This should be a simple page to do. Only main change on here will be currently the software asks for the username and password on everypage of the admin they acccess. This needs to be bypassed to allow the user to stay logged in. The site uses PERL/HTML/CSS using the CGI-BIN with no kind of external database. The layout is mainly tables for the layout so should be very simple indeed to adjust the layout. Please note, I do not want just a template making for the design of this, i require the current pages to be changed to fully work with the new design when adding a listing to the site, aswell as manging the "my account" page. So this isn't just a design task, its a front and backend job.
