create new features on an existing php site

My site [login to view URL] needs new features coded in php. Coders made a great job to build this site but actually they are pretty slow to make the new features i need for this site. site is coded in php 5.1.2. That's why i decided to ask new coders to make the improvement the site needs. i prefer coders with an excellent communication. This site is a gaming site about tournament and championship for online video gamers. what king of features i need ? here is an example : - on each team/player profile page i need to make the challenge sent/received published and to see if they have been accepted or refused. I need the captain and leader/coleader to receive an email on their personnal email each time the team receive a challenge or that a challenge sent is accepted by the opponent. i need also that all the past match result be published on the team/player profile page. - i need the translation system to be fixed, actually it bugs. for the other features i will explain them directly to the coders i will choose.
