configure php nuke to match existing design template & install phpnuke site

I have a php-nuke site that is half-done to match a custom template. I need a php-nuke expert to:

finish configuring the hompage to match the template

configure the secondary pages to match another existing template.

install an integrated phpbb forum

migrate the finished phpnuke site to it's final server
