automatic add to cart/rsvp for nike

Hello I need a bot(web crawler) which automatically sends a direct message to specific twitter accounts right when those accounts tweet key words . For example, when @freelancer tweets "hello there #yellow is my favorite color" the bot must respond to the @freelancer account with the hashtag #yellow along with other specific key words. For example if I enter in the textfield "John doe" and "10" then the bot must be able to send @freelancer the direct message "#yellow, John doe, 10 in the exact order instantly. Feel free to make it however you want using whatever language you want. I need to submit this project by March 6, 2013. These are the requirements 1. You can add as many twitter accounts you want from where you want to send the direct message. 2. Has to be able to monitor and send messages from multiple twitter accounts. 3. You can rearrange or shuffle the order of the messages being sent from the diffrent accounts 4. You can add few kewords which should be present in the tweet. If you don't provide the keyword, the program will respond to all the hashtags RSVP. But if you will provide any keyword like "Jordan" which must be present in the tweet you want to capture, then it will respond to that particular tweetwhich have "Jordan" in it. 5. Its Response time is less than 1 sec or maximum 1 second. 6. It can reconnect itself if somehow any problem occurs. 7. You can keep it running untill you want. 8. It will also do not respond to the same hash tag repeatedly to prevent identical direct messages.
