Develop PHP-based Reports for a PHP Website

Looking for a developer to implement reporting requirements to go inline with an already-implemented PHP Website for a Mobile Money service. Development will be based on Java API which communicates with a MySQL database. The service has several user, agent and administrative types with different access levels. Each type will be able to retrieve reports based on their assigned roles. Sample report types include User Listing, Account Statements, Commissions Reports, Limits Listing, etc and those will be based on certain Search Criteria entered by the requesting user. Reports have to be downloadable and printable. I also want to emphasize that the deadline for this project is very tight and we need the reports to be done ASAP and without any delays. Once the freelancer is chosen, a document will be provided that contains a general overview of the service and its features as well as a list of needed reports for each user type. Most reports are common to several user types but some will be specific to a certain agent or admin type.
