Data Extractor Script in php (FIX Needed) (Budget Limit 100$)

The script is written in php. No mysql database. The script extract text data from .html files to an .xls file (excel file). It extract the data accordingly to 4 sets of parameters (PM for the parameters) The extraction parameters are saved in a file. So it can be set to work for any site. Currently only works for one site and is not working for others sites I want a fix that i will allow me to extract data from any site I want to be able to change the order of the extraction parameters. Currently is fixed in one order. I want to be able to disable or enable the parameters currently i cant disable any of them If you need more details PM Terms 1. All payments are through GAF escrow only. 2. Under no circumstances will funds be released from escrow until the project has been verifiably completed. 3. Prepayment is not an option. 4. A missed deadline will most likely result in a lost project.
