Custom Money Cycler Script Needed Urgently

Hi The money cycler script I need is a normal money cycler script but will work in the following way: -the website will sell a product ie. a mobile phone case or a from a choice of products for £25, every 5 people who purchase the product will alow the 1st person to get a mobile phone. This would be one of the cycles with 5 people required to purchase for someoen to cycle through. The website must be able to run multiple cycles with different numbers needed to cycle. -when the customer has cycled he/she will be sent an email to inform that he has been rewarded the gift, please login to members area to redeem. Once redeemed admin will be sent an email with details of gift and where to send it to. -Website must allow free members so that they may purchase items in membership area. But must be easy so that if members want to sign up and purchase straight away it will be easy. -There will be a launch period where only free signups will be available. -A referral scheme must be setup to offer commissions for free and paid. I should be able to change this at will. -When a cycle is going no where I would like to close that cycle and open a new one but allowing members from the bottom of the cycle to join the top of the new cycle. So a member will be informed in the members area that he will be able to join the new cycle before anynew people can join. If he purchases he will be placed in the new quesue. I should be able to control when this option is available and for how long. This should all be automated. So when I create a new cycle I should have an option to allow members from another cycle to enter. If this new ladder allows it in the admin I would then choose when to give them the option to enter. -Paypal, Egold, google checkout and any suggestions you have would be great. -Admin area should show me estimated cycle times for members and potential new members. -Testimonial slider that can be removed or shown at anytime. -New members who sign up slider that can be shown or removed at any time. -Products will be downloads so I must be able to add a new product that can be downloaded through the members area once purchased.
