Community Development & Integration with Music & Video Script

I need to get this done as soon as possible. I am looking for someone very dedicated and someone who can pull this off right away. I dont want to run after anyone to update me regaridng work, instead, I want someone to take initiative and come forward to update where this project is. I cannot miss the deadlines.
