CRE LOADED B2B CGI TIMEOUT ISSUE

We run a CRE Loaded B2B (OSC) retail website for over 1 year. Patch updates completely current to Patch 12 - SP1; dedicated sec ctf in place. Until recently, all transactions worked seamlessly. Now, possibly seems to be an error in the code preventing the Confirmation page to be viewed by purchasers. In other words, once cc# and ship-to info is submitted to complete a sale, site eventually (CGI TIMEOUT)s, waiting for the Confirmation page to load, resulting in often times customer entering info numerous times, believing sale did not go through. We absolutely require someone with extensive knowledge of Admin Panel of CRE Loaded B2B (Version 6.2 PRO)to quickly assess the problem and repair corrupt code if found to be the source of our problem; references on previous work required. Please provide detailed information on your background in this area. Must be available to begin troubleshooting this project immediately.
