Advanced PHP project feature additions - Private for mukapu

Install template. The featured listing design stay the same. Add top full banner advertising box. The template has a top banner and a side banner. The side advertising is already in place, but you need to create a new advertising box for the top banner in the admin panel. I also need you to add one new feature to the Directory script. The feature is CLAIM LISTING. Where user can claim their a listing if the listing belong to them. Also make changes to featured URL that instead of showing in one folder, it should shows in their own categories.
