I have employees who take orders and answer questions of our customers over the phone. I need a screen in the admin section that can be used by them to log their calls. The details of the call are entered by the user - except the begin time and end time of the calls, which are time/date stamped by the program. Take a look, let me know if you can't read anything.

Hi there, I can tailor your osc admin, upto your needs. Apart from the add new call and search calls screen, will also screen to add/edit/delete type of calls which employee will select in add/edit call screens. Also will do the capablity to add/edit employees with there logins. If you want will restrict them to only call pages. Thanks!
