Apache DDOS Protection - repost

I require some smart person to apply DDOS protection/site spam protection settings to my apache and my server in order to prevent website down time. I don`t know exactly what is happening all i know is my site has been down for over 24 hours now and i can not get it back up even after blocking several ips who was spamming it. I am running the Apache 2.2 version on Windows Server 2012, I have the website connection to a SQL 2008 Database and i have some important ports that require always to be open, but we mainly need to focus on port 80 protections against attackers who want to keep my website offline as much as possible. Any details that are not understood or must i explain again will be told via private. Please do not bid on this project unless you know what i require from you and if you do not know what needs to be done in my case !
