Advertising site with specifics......

This job will be pretty easy for a person with the right skills. The site will have to be mobile set, like cydia.saurik.com. Width of the pages will be 320 [login to view URL] will be iPhone specific. For those of you who don't know iPhones are 320x480 sized screens. So the following are what is needed. 1. Mobile set site at 320 pixels wide. The length will not really matter. 2. There needs to be a image, with a text line for the name, with an embedded URL link. 3. There will be 30 images, with text line, per page. 4. It NEEDS this, a random placing for the images/text/link.... All 3 need to stay in their own confined line or row. So every time Page 1 is opened, the 30 ads on page 1 will randomly open. So it isn't the same up and down line of ads. *Flash WILL NOT work..... Please tell me there is something that will let you do this without Flash or JAVA. HTML, PHP are good on iPhones. JAVA is a maybe, it's a toss up. 5. So there will be 5 pages with the same set up for layout design. Each page will get 30 different images and URLs in time. We have a sample ad that will be in place. We will run the site fully when finished. We just need the img.....[login to view URL] _blank. I think you know what I am talking about now.
