Contextual Ad Management System for Website, Mobile site, and Mobile apps

I want a programmer to develop a contextual ad management system for my social netwlorking website, mobile site, mobile apps. With this system, ads will be displayed on pages with similar, relevant content, and the website, mobile site, and mobile apps worry about ad placements.

The ad system should have a special algorithm to analyze the content of the webpage, mobile page and highlight keywords related to the content visitors pull up. The system then selects the advertisements that are relevant, with specific ads conneting to keywords and phrases that appear only in meaningful text related to the topic at hand.

The ad system should enable the website mobile site, and mobile apps to display contextual ads not just within the text itself, but in a range of contextual formats:

• Text, Banner, and Logo-to attract the audience in written and graphic content

• 3D and Video-to increase the advertising range to include rich media Lead-generation contextual

• Advertising-to get contact information and demographics about potential buyers
