I Buy Bulk Minutes from Phone Company and resell them for My clients.
Need a web based script where admin controls calling session's client had over the Phone, and be able to charge them monthly through their Paypal account.

In a csv format and loads it onto the sever, script would calculate all details about the users, their origin, discount levels admin has associated to each member who registered.
The site would have a basic design; I can provide the PSD File where you can adjust the template and 2-3 pages.
