Customize RBS

Hello guys ... i'm using RBS open source freelancer software and i need help for 2 things , 1. i need to customize the main default layout and exactly i wish to exit text in the Faqs , now when you click there it say : If you have a question, check the FAQ for an answer before you contact us. You can try the RBS forum too, but note that our staff will NOT respond to you on the forum, only other members. Use the form below to contact RBS staff for important questions and problems. i want to edit and add my community name instead of "RBS forum" and same for the rest of the text there . 2. i wish to add some banners at the header and footer. 3. i wish to remove original text in the footer. 4. finally i wish to add any possible extra payment options such as: - moneybookers. - wiretransfer. if you able to help , i would appreciate if you let me know the price for each job alone so i can prepare payment separately. here is example for the one i'm trying to work on [login to view URL] many thanks
