Create & Design a Fuctional Blog For Website(repost)

I have a fully functional sports betting and sports information website. The URL is in the image below: ![][1] I need someone to create and design a fully functional Wordpress blog for my site. I need a professional web designer to do this that is capable of producing high quality graphics and giving this part of my site a professional look. This designer will be in charge of designing the header and layout of the blog, where the header graphics text based and should have places for text links to some of the other pages on the site. I want this blog to fit seamless into my web site so that it uses the same color scheme and similar design of the site's current layout. If possible I would like to use some of the SSI panels from my current site. (Include the words "big bank blog' in your bid so that I know you read this description) The blog will be located at my sites URL "/blog". This Wordpress blog should have a full administration area where I can edit the panels, create a blogroll, have room for a few banner. The blog should have an RSS feeds for entries and comments & should be linked from the blog panel with a high quality image. Users and readers should have to register with a secure captcha regisration to login and post comments. I also want to add an image (about 150 height) that fits perfectly into the right hand panel of my current website that displays says something like "Get The Latest Sports Info From..." "The B****roll Sports Blog". I have included the URLs of a competitors blog and image that I am looking to have added. I want something very similar done for my site.. ![][2] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
