Create Wordpress 2.0 theme based on existing site

I want to convert <[login to view URL]> to a Wordpress 2.0 based blog. I want to keep the same look and feel, but have it in running on the Wordpress platform - I basically need a custom Wordpress 2.0 theme created based on the existing design. The Wordpress site will also need a set of static pages for the existing content - so the new theme will need to have a tabbed navigation like [[login to view URL]][1] (source for this will be provided) All the source for the existing site (done in ASP.NET 2.0) will be provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional Wordpress 2.0 theme. 2) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. (access will be given to the hosting environment based on Plesk 8.0) 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
