Create Simple Banner and Header for My Website

I need a Banner / header made for the top of my website. The site is called [login to view URL] The banner should be wide enough to fit across the top of the site. the banner should match the site which can be found at [login to view URL] The domain name is being changed from adultdomainsuperstore to GotItDomains The site will no longer be adult oriented. It will just be a general domain and hosting site. I would like a full header for the home page and also a standard banner I can use to promote the site elsewhere. I am looking for the most affordable bid I can get for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
